Refund policy

Items are made on-demand, no cancellations or returns accepted. Please allow 10-14 business days for fulfillment on most items, except for Mahjong, please aloow up to 32 days.. Not all items originate from the same location so you can expect multiple shipments if ordering different items on an single order. Please consult all size charts and item descriptions. 
All sales are final unless damaged.
